If this is you first access use the User name and Password included in the letter or invoice sent to you.
Once you have created your personal user name ensure that your use that and NOT the one contained in the letter
POSTAL ADDRESSES Do we have your correct postal address and postcode? Currently we are attempting to make our database compliant with NZ Post addressing standards. (Only around 5% of addresses are currently compliant.) Please check yours through the NZ Post address Finder and correct it if necessary. Within the MyAIP environment e mail communication is used to confirm your actions and to advise you of changes in your subscription.
By logging in to MyAIP
you agree to receive such communications which are only generated in response to your requests.
Every effort is made to ensure reminders for subscription expiry are sent by the desired method (Post or E Mail).
However receipt of such notification, by the customer, is not guaranteed.
