Personal Details
When you register to use an on line service you provide various
personal details such as your name and telephone number. This information
is stored in a secure database and will be used only for the purposes
of operating the site and facilitating the services you are subscribed
to. Your details will not be passed onto any other organisation.
You can view and update the information you have provided at any
time by logging in to the appropriate service.
When you order products offered on the Airways New Zealand AIM
site (whether using the Secure Online Ordering system or not), you
provide various personal details such as your name and contact details.
This information will be used only for the purposes of processing
your order and recovering charges.
All transactions using the Secure Online Ordering system occur
under an industry standard secure Internet protocol (HTTPS). All
data is encrypted using high-grade encryption (RC4 128 bit) making
it very difficult for unauthorised persons to view information travelling
between computers.
Under the Secure Online Ordering system, your credit card details
are not transmitted by Email, nor are they stored on any Airways'
server. Credit card details are only used for the purposes of processing
your order and refunding overpayments.
Airways web host for the Secure Online Ordering system is Digiweb
Limited (see further comments below), credit card payments are handled
by Securepaytech Limited. Securepaytech, in its capacity as the
handler of credit card payments, will store credit card information
on its secure server using industry standard encryption techniques.
At no time are full details of the credit card available to Airways
staff.
Unless required by law, your personal details will not be passed
on to any other organisation.
Logging of Information
In addition to the details you provide when completing an order
form, the server (including those of its web hosts specified below)
will record the specific transactions you perform when visiting
the Airways New Zealand AIM site. This information will only be
used for statistical purposes.
Web server logs are also kept for the purposes of generating site
usage statistics and performing security auditing. The logs record
information every time you request a page from the server. This
information will not be used to identify you except in the event
of irregularities in your use of the site. The information logged
includes:
