The purpose of the database is to maintain a register of Operators and their nominated Originators who are authorised to submit aeronautical information to the AIPNZ and/or NOTAM on behalf of their organisation.

Information will not be accepted for publication from persons who are not included within this register or from Organisations who have not verified that their data is correct within the immediately preceding 12 month period.

This document explains How to use the database - which is accessed on-line using a user name and password supplied by AIM.

The operator nominates originators who are responsible for making change submissions. (The operator can also be an originator)

The operator is responsible for maintaining the organisation's entries in this database.

A person nominated by an Operator, who is authorised to make submissions for change to the AIPNZ or NOTAM.
