How to - Change the details of the Owner or Organisation
Verification must be carried at least once every 12 months. It confirms to AIM that the details of your organisation are current and may be used by AIM to verify that submissions of Aeronautical Information for the AIPNZ or NOTAM come from authorised originators.
Verification is carried out automatically every time you make a change and accept the changes.
It can also be carried out manually as follows.
Login
Select My Organisation Details From the menu bar.
If you are only responsible for ONE organisation this will display the details. If you are responsible for more than one you will then be able to make a choice as to which one you wish to work on.
At the bottom of the page select Verify.
Your Organisations details have now been verified and are valid for a year.
NOTE
If you make regular changes to the organisations details you will automatically keep your details verified.
The system will send you an e mail reminder when your verification is due to expire. Should you fail to verify AIM will be unable to accept any information for publication.
When you view an organisation's details you will see the date last verified at the top of the page. e.g.
