How to - Request change of operator
NOTE - You are effectively removing and replacing yourself as Operator. This would cause some problems so must be done by the AIM administrator. This function allows you to request the change which will be completed by the AIM administrator. You will be notified when it has been completed.
Login
Select My Organisation Details From the menu bar.
If you are only responsible for ONE organisation this will display the details. If you are responsible for more than one you will then be able to make a choice as to which one you wish to work on.
To Request a Change of Operator select Request Operator Change.
Complete the details on the page that is displayed and press Submit.
This will E mail AIM the details and they will contact you when they have made the necessary changes.
