How to - Change an Originator's details
Originators are people that you, the operator, authorise to submit changes in Aeronautical Information to the AIPNZ or NOTAM.
Login
Select My Organisation Details From the menu bar.
If you are only responsible for ONE organisation this will display the details. If you are responsible for more than one you will then be able to make a choice as to which one you wish to work on.
To change the details of one of your Originators select Edit from alongside the title Registered Originators.
This displays
Make any required changes.
Select AIPNZ and/or NOTAM depending on which type of information the Originator is authorised to supply. (Note if there are restrictions applying to these they can be set from the main details page after you update)
Click update.
IMPORTANT
Although you have edited and updated the details they WILL NOT be saved in the database until you select Accept Changes from the bottom of the Organisation Details screen
This will save the changes in the database.
Restrictions on Originators
In some cases an Originator may be restricted to certain types of information. To do this select Add or View/Edit from alongside the Originator details.
Add/Edit any restrictions in plain language.
Click Update when complete.
