Submission Dates
The following dates are the final dates that submissions will be accepted for the specified cycle. AIM is unable to extend these dates for any reason. Late submissions will automatically be considered for the next available cycle.
If you have substantial changes please do not leave the submission until the cut off date. Please contact us before hand to discuss your requirements and help us plan our workload efficiently.

NOTES ON CUT-OFF DATES:
Amendment requests (incl. SUP) must be complete and ready for publication at the time of submission. This includes both the text and graphic component, if any. Requests that are not up to standard will be returned to the originator for clarification and/or rework and must be resubmitted to AIM.
The cut-off date indicates the latest date
by which a request must be received in its final form. A request
returned to the originator for clarification or rework must be resubmitted
to AIM prior to the cut-off date in order to be included in that
amendment cycle.
Note that text and graphics submitted in an amendment request (incl.
SUP) must be in their final form. Originators
requiring development of text and/or graphics must therefore contact
AIM well before the applicable cut-off and finalise the text and/or
graphic prior to submitting an official amendment request.
If information is required to be promulgated in an AIP SUP and an
AIP or CHART Amendment in the same cycle, the
AIP SUP cut-off date shall be the same as the associated AIP or
CHART cut-off.
If information is required to be promulgated in an AIP Amendment
and a CHART Amendment in the same cycle, the AIP cut-off date shall
be the same as the associated CHART cut-off.
