AIP Originators

Airways Corporation of New Zealand Limited is a State-Owned Enterprise established under the State-Owned Enterprises Act 1987. Airways provides services on a commercial basis under that Act and is also authorised by Section 99 of the Civil Aviation Act 1990 and under Part 172 of the Civil Aviation Rules to provide the airways services covered by these Standard Terms.

Change request process

A Registered Originator is a person, nominated by the Aerodrome Operator, who is (depending on their authorisation):

• authorised to advise Aeronautical Information Management of data that needs to be published or amended in the AIPNZ.
• required to contact the NOTAM Office when a change, hazard or condition at their aerodrome requires immediate notification.

NOTE - Requests will ONLY be accepted from Registered Originators with the appropriate authorisation.

Registered Originators must be familiar with the AIPNZ documents in which their aerodrome data is published and must have access to current copies.

 

 

Notices to Customers

NOTE - All AIP product prices will be adjusted to reflect the increase in GST from 12.5% to 15% with effect from 1 OCT 2010.
