Change of Operator form

Use this if you are an Aerodrome operator or owner and this responsibility is to be passed to another person.

New / Amend organisation form

Use this form to notify us of any changes to your organisation. This includes changes to people that have been authorised to act as originators on the aerodrome operators behalf.

AIP New Zealand Amendment Request Form

Use this form to submit a request for a change to the information you have published in the AIP. Please ensure that you have read the Publishing & NOTAM Guidelines for Aerodrome Operators first.

NOTAM request form

Use this form to request the issue or cancellation of a NOTAM concerning your aerodrome.
