AIP Originators

Airways Corporation of New Zealand Limited is a State-Owned Enterprise established under the State-Owned Enterprises Act 1987. Airways provides services on a commercial basis under that Act and is also authorised by Section 99 of the Civil Aviation Act 1990 and under Part 172 of the Civil Aviation Rules to provide the airways services covered by these Standard Terms.

Making a submission - The following are the current cut off dates.

AIP - The current cut off date is 1 Mar 2012 for cycle 12/6, effective 31 May 2012.

AIP Supplement - The current cut off date is 27 Feb 2012 for cycle 12/5, effective 3 May 2012.

NOTE- Supplements requiring graphics cut off 7 days prior to the above date.
