ISSUED date

is the date at which the amendment is posted to subscribers.

EFFECTIVE date

is the date at which the information in the amendment comes into force.

NOT ISSUED

means that no changes affect that volume for that amendment and no amendment for that Volume has been issued.

Amendments are normally issued every 56 days but occasional amendments may be issued at the intermediate 28 day period.

SUPPLEMENTS are issued every 28 days and become effective at the date shown on the cover.
