Review the items you require in the shop. Click SHOP HOME - or on any of the Products on the menu bar. Add items to your Flight bag by selecting the required number in the selector next to each product. When complete select FLIGHT BAG - Checkout to review your purchases and make payment.

E Mail

E mail you order to aim@airways.co.nz (attach the completed order form to your message). Alternatively you may use the Flight Bag which has an e mail facility as part of the Checkout.

Payment must accompany your order. We accept MasterCard and VISA for all transaction types. Cheques should be made payable to 'Airways Corporation of New Zealand'. All prices stated are in New Zealand dollars and include GST, if applicable.

Postage and Packing

Delivery is normally by courier. ( Individual orders for three or less VNC charts will be dispatched by POST unless we are advised otherwise.) Dispatch is usually within 2 working days from receipt of order. Please contact AIM if your order is urgent.

Delivery charges depend on the order and the location of the purchaser.

The on-line ordering service calculates postage for orders up to 25 kg in weight for delivery within New Zealand.

Telephone customers will be advised of the applicable postage when they give their order. FAX customers will be provided with a faxed quote before dispatch.

Online payment is currently only available for orders delivered within New Zealand with a combined weight of less than 25 kg.

Returns or Exchanges

Amendment Service Subscriptions are non-refundable and non-exchangable. Please select your Subscription service carefully. For assistance please contact AIM .

All other goods returned within 7 days of delivery in their original condition may be refunded or exchanged. We will not accept goods for return if they are not in original condition or if they are not in their original shrink wrap.

AIP Amendment Service

Every effort is made to ensure reminders for subscription expiry are sent by the desired method (Post or E Mail). However receipt of such notification, by the customer, is not guaranteed.

International Orders

Wellington Anniversary
Monday 23 January is Wellington Anniversary. AIM will be closed on this day. Any customer queries and orders placed over this long weekend will be handled on Tuesday 24 January.
Digital Charts.
NZ visual navigation chart imagery effective 17 NOV 11 will be available via the iPhone/iPad application Air Navigation Pro from Xample. The NZ charts can be purchase via the Map Store that is integrated into the application. Download from the Apple App Store or see www.xample.ch for more details.

VNC, VPC and NZ Enroute Charts.
These charts are now current as at 17 November 2011. All 2010 VNC and VPC, and 2 June 2011 NZ Enroute charts are now obsolete and are not to be used for navigation.
