I have one page that is out of date. How can I obtain a copy?

AIM is not normally able to supply copies of individual pages but you will be able to download the page you require from www.aip.net.nz.

If you have subscriptions to all the Volumes the page might also exist in one of the other volumes.

An amendment did not arrive.

Contact AIM customer services and they will assist you.

I was late renewing my subscription and missed some amendments.

Contact AIM customer services. They normally have copies of amendments going back 3 cycles and should be able to help you.

Some pages seem to be missing from my amendment package.

Please contact us immediately and advise us of the problem. We do have strict quality control procedures to prevent this happening and like to know of any problems as soons as possible. aim@airways.co.nz

There appears to be an error in some of the published information.

Wellington Anniversary
Monday 23 January is Wellington Anniversary. AIM will be closed on this day. Any customer queries and orders placed over this long weekend will be handled on Tuesday 24 January.
Digital Charts.
NZ visual navigation chart imagery effective 17 NOV 11 will be available via the iPhone/iPad application Air Navigation Pro from Xample. The NZ charts can be purchase via the Map Store that is integrated into the application. Download from the Apple App Store or see www.xample.ch for more details.

VNC, VPC and NZ Enroute Charts.
These charts are now current as at 17 November 2011. All 2010 VNC and VPC, and 2 June 2011 NZ Enroute charts are now obsolete and are not to be used for navigation.
