Amending the AIP

A pink "changes" bulletin

Outlines the changes that are contained in the amendment.

Issued only in conjunction with the next item. If there is no AIP amendment there is no "changes" bulletin.

AIP Amendment - One plastic sealed package for each Volume that you subscribe to. ( Vol 1, Vol 2&3 and Vol 4)

If you subscribe to all three you will receive three packages and if you have multiple subscriptions you will receive one per subscription.

These are normally issued every 56 days but may also be issued at other times. In some cases they may not be issued every 56 days. In particular at the end of the year an amendment may not be published.

The AIP Supplement

An AIP supplement is issued EVERY cycle - so you will receive one of these every 28 days.

Aeronautical Information Circular

AIC's are generally only issued 2 or 3 times a year and remain current until the next issue.

IFR Enroute charts

Published twice a year. Forms part of the subscription to Vol 2&3.

Wellington Anniversary
Monday 23 January is Wellington Anniversary. AIM will be closed on this day. Any customer queries and orders placed over this long weekend will be handled on Tuesday 24 January.
Digital Charts.
NZ visual navigation chart imagery effective 17 NOV 11 will be available via the iPhone/iPad application Air Navigation Pro from Xample. The NZ charts can be purchase via the Map Store that is integrated into the application. Download from the Apple App Store or see www.xample.ch for more details.

VNC, VPC and NZ Enroute Charts.
These charts are now current as at 17 November 2011. All 2010 VNC and VPC, and 2 June 2011 NZ Enroute charts are now obsolete and are not to be used for navigation.
